Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living is a shared living experience for people with disability who have SIL funding in their plan. Supports are often 24/7, nurturing personal growth in a safe and supportive environment with the goal to build your independence at home and connect you with your local community.
Respite (Short Term Accommodation)
Furthermore, alongside our long-term accommodation services, we offer short-term and emergency respite support tailored for families and caregivers. Our Respite program delivers top-notch assistance to participants, ensuring a well-organized and temporary break for both caregivers and the individuals under their care. Entrusting us with caregiving responsibilities for a few hours or days yields benefits for all involved.
Our offerings encompass:

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
Our MTA services are available for up to 90 days at shared residential facilities situated across Darwin. NDIS participants have the option to reside in our Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) during transitional periods, such as discharge from hospital or release from Corrections. During your recovery process, our dedicated residential staff will offer continuous support and direction, assisting you in transitioning to more permanent accommodations and achieving your psychosocial recovery objectives.
Assist Travel and Transport
Assist Travel and Transport support involves aiding our participants in traveling between locations, with our trained staff providing transportation to and from their workplace or appointments. This assistance includes training in using public transport or receiving personal transport-related aid. Our aim is not only to facilitate movement from one point to another but also to empower participants to travel independently. This support is tailored to the individual's disability support requirements.
Community Participation
The Innovative Community Participation Program aims to bolster NDIS participants' skills for active involvement in their communities. Led by adept Community Engagement Practitioners, this program employs hands-on methods to expand participants' community engagement and employment prospects. These practitioners employ a capacity-building, community-centric approach, collaborating with participants in their local communities to enhance the likelihood of transitioning successfully towards informal supports or employment.
